Job Title: Manager – HR Operations
Location: Tiruchirappalli (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations, including Payroll, Compliance, and Employee Lifecycle processes
- Own and oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Review and approve ESI & EPF filings, ensuring statutory compliance and zero-error submissions
- Drive compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations, including audits and documentation readiness
- Manage full & final settlements, experience letters, and relieving processes with proper approvals and timelines
- Supervise and guide the HR Operations team on attendance management, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Handle employee escalations related to payroll, deductions, benefits, and HR policies
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, HRIS data integrity, and documentation
- Design and monitor MIS reports, dashboards, and HR metrics for leadership review
- Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders for payroll reconciliation and audits
- Implement and improve HR operational processes, SOPs, and automation initiatives
- Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to information security standards
- Drive continuous improvement in employee experience related to HR operations
Qualifications:
- PG degree in HR / MBA (HR) or relevant field
- 8–10 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll / Compliance
- Strong expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance (ESI, EPF, PT, TDS)
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory regulations in India
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven team management and stakeholder management experience
- High attention to detail with strong process orientation
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
