Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all HRIS systems (including Workday)
  • Define and implement data governance standards, validation checks, and audit mechanisms
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI / Tableau
  • Generate insights on key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, workforce trends, and performance indicators
  • Apply people analytics models to support decision-making (e.g., attrition trends, workforce segmentation)

Competence Requirement:

  • Good understanding of people analytics frameworks and models
  • Strong expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Strong data management, validation, and analytical skills
  • strong analytical and number driven mindset
