We're hiring: Manager – HR, Legal & Admin

[Hyderabad] | Full-time | Reports directly to me

rganic Ice Creams and Organic Creamery by Iceberg are expanding nationally, and I'm building a new central team. This is the first role.
What you
ll own:
Hiring and onboarding for our new central team, plus training programmes for our outlets
Drafting and managing franchise agreements, lease and rental agreements, employment contracts and NDAs
Statutory compliance: PF, ESI, labour codes, POSH, FSSAI and trade licence tracking
Setting up and running our new office
You'll b
e
a great fit if you have:
6–10 years of experience across HR and legal or contract work
An LLB, or an MBA in HR with strong drafting experience
Experience in QSR, retail, F&B or a franchise business (a big plus)
Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi
