Antal International is hiring on behalf of a growing, founder-led organization seeking a dynamic Manager - HR & Culture to establish and strengthen its people function.

This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy building systems from the ground up and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

The Role

As Manager - HR & Culture, you will work closely with business leadership to drive talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture. You will play a key role in creating scalable people processes that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, mid-level, and operational roles through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruitment partners.

• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, attendance, leave administration, documentation, and policy implementation.

• Design and execute performance management frameworks, KRAs/KPIs, probation reviews, appraisal cycles, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, retention strategies, and organizational development.

• Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, grievance handling, and employee relations.

• Develop HR policies, processes, MIS reports, and dashboards to create an organized, scalable HR function.

Ideal Candidate

• 5-8+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or People & Culture roles.

• Strong track record in talent acquisition and direct sourcing of quality candidates.

• Experience in founder-led, startup, SME, or high-growth organizations.

• Ability to independently create and implement HR frameworks and processes.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
