Role Overview

The Manager – Human Resources will be responsible for building and managing the HR function at PaRa Music. This role will drive talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and culture building to support a high-growth, execution-focused organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Hiring

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across functions, including content, operations, marketing, and corporate roles

• Work closely with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy

• Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn and other channels

• Ensure high-quality hiring with strong filtering and screening processes

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records

• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR compliance

• Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from hiring to exit

Performance Management & HR Systems

• Implement performance tracking frameworks and review processes

• Support development of KPIs and evaluation systems across teams

• Maintain HR MIS and employee data dashboards

Culture & Employee Engagement

• Build and strengthen organisational culture aligned with PaRa's values

• Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication

• Act as a bridge between employees and leadership

Policies, Compliance & Governance

• Develop and implement HR policies and processes

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations

• Maintain documentation and HR governance frameworks

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in high-growth or startup environments

• Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple roles

• Good understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance

• Experience in building HR processes and systems from scratch is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work closely with founders and handle confidential information

• High ownership, execution focus, and attention to detail
