Detailed JD: -

• Strong understanding of day-to-day functionality in Microsoft services like Exchange online, Teams, One Drive and Active Directory.
• Users, Group, Distribution list management in AD and office 365
• Microsoft DirSync and AD integration
• Knowledge of setting up Windows PowerShell
• OneDrive Sync Troubleshooting
• Manage Identity & federation services.
• Office 365 security & compliance
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft licensing, o365 license assignment
• Extensive Windows OS installation, configuration and troubleshooting experience.
• Windows Failover clustering configuration and operational support.
• Handson experience on VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix Virtualization.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage own workloads.
• Create and provide monitoring, MIS report for windows and related activities and tasks.
• Provide level 2 support on any Windows related issues.
• Perform diagnosis, troubleshoot, and conduct root cause because analysis for any issues escalated on the backup platforms.
• Responsible to create & share the Daily MIS reports

Qualification & Experience- Graduate Full time - B.E., B. Tech, BCA, BSC. IT, MCA from a reputedinstitute with5-8 Years professional experience in Infra & DC Operation.
