Role Overview

The Manager – Central Growth is responsible for driving company wide user growth . This role focuses on identifying scalable growth levers and executing high impact initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.

The individual is expected to own end to end campaign- from ideation, research cross functional alignments, launch, optimization, and tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Ownership of growth metrics to drive incremental users for food, instamart and dineout

Identify opportunities to drive traffic on app, improve app funnels, and increase retention.

Conceptualize and execute campaigns, seasonal events, and strategic initiatives

Collaboration with cross functional teams ( Marketing, Category, Product, Tech, Ops) for alignments and plan for end to end execution

Monitor the performance of campaigns and take ownership to drive them to success

Conduct periodic data driven analyses and consumer immersions to identify potential growth levers and opportunities

Build a strong understanding of customer behavior, purchase patterns, and lifecycle dynamics.

Desired Skills

Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability.

Ability to independently ideate and execute interventions with minimal supervision

Strong good analytical skills , experience in SQL, proficiency in excel, efficient use of AI for simplifying tasks

Comfortable working with data, insights, guestimations

Ability to coordinate and influence various cross-functional teams

Proactively think on growth ideas

Bias for action with ability to operate in a fast-paced

Qualification expected

Graduation from reputed college + 2 to 3 yrs experience

MBA from reputed college with 0 to 3 yrs experience
