Own all metrics associated with Revenue, P&L, Orders, AOV, Traffic, NPS, Speed, Availability, etc.
Creating Monthly, Weekly, and Daily projections and managing active data tracking against them for the revenue of various user cohorts, channels, etc.
Quickly reading data and finding the gaps in the trends and finding and executing corrective actions
Setting up A/B experiments with all constraints in mind and finding accurate and fast results for various experiments
Setting up new engagement programs, experimenting aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to increase the overall engagement levels of users
Build a strong culture of user-first thinking and product planning to drive impactful outcomes across the entire lifecycle of the user, from new acquisition to multiple orders, to cross-sell to Loyalty purchase
Working with tech, product, and analytics to make growth strategies more engaging and drive KPIs
Developing growth strategies for the business to achieve higher Customer Lifetime Value & improving cross-sell to increase Average Revenue per user
Working closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Success teams to improve users platform and post-sales experience
Work with content and creative teams to make the communication journeys for BAU and for Sale Events
Work with storefront and CRM central teams to build the coms strategy for various businesses
Should analyse market trends and draw meaningful & actionable insights from competitors
Work with multiple different stakeholders, like content, creative, legal, tech, product, and analytics teams
What you'll Need
MBA preferably from a premier institute (preferably) with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, or Non-MBA in a business growth role with 4-8 years of work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - has worked in a multistakeholder project before
Very high EQ and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to visualize dashboards and data requirements
Knows MS Excel and possesses powerful data analysis skills with a focus on finding the story and insights from multiple data sets
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility for end-to-end tasks and outcomes - can pre-empt the next steps of the project and take immediate actions with no follow-ups, moving swiftly
Understands A/B testing and has done experimentation in the past
Has owned and driven business metrics like Orders, AOV, Traffic, NPS, etc. across channels or cohorts
Has worked of Go-To-Market (GTM) or Sale Planning or BTL activities before
Understanding of tools like Clever tap, Web engage, Appsflyer, etc., and knowledge of Homepage Engagement, E-commerce funnels etc., is a bonus
