Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and drive Group and Singapore Healthcare Business digital brand strategy, build online communities, and drive business growth across digital platforms to complement other integrated marketing platforms
- Create and curate impactful and meaningful social media content and direct community management. Be Up to date with latest digital technologies and social media trends
- Work with internal or external stakeholders or agencies to execute campaigns and KOL management and tracks performance
- Plan, organize and execute large-scale corporate events, and drive corporate-level corporate social responsibility engagements and campaigns
- Assist in special projects when required
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in New Media, Mass Communications/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing at Group level, preferably in hospitality and healthcare/eldercare sector
- Good communication, writing, copywriting and editing skills with strong critical thinking skills
- Experienced and strong track record in managing social media platforms (FB/IG/LRB/Tiktok) and influencer marketing. Familiar with AI marketing
- Proficient in English and comfortable with Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders where required
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (photo and video editing skills are essential)
- Creative, motivated with good project management skills
- A team player who is meticulous, dedicated, enjoy challenges and able to multi-task
