We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Visualize media elements (graphics, interface, marketing material) and guide the team on various aspects of design

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery. Serve as liaison between project management and planning, and the project team.

• Assess design issues and develop resolutions to generate quality design output,

• Track and benchmark efficiency, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.

• Provide expertise to cross-functional project or coordinating teams.

• Mentor junior graphic designers on the team.

• Strong commitment to ensuring quality and efficiency

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Design degree (BFA/MFA) preferred or vast experience in eLearning and/or advertising, with a focus on web design, web based training program

• Diploma/certification in Web Designing or Multimedia.

• A strong understanding of Visual Design and UX/interaction principles for content publishing across various digital platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and latest layout techniques. Should also have experience eLearning projects from conception to production, including experience on working on rapid authoring tools.

• Must be a strong leader, proactive, collaborative, and driven and seek perfection in execution of tasks.

Preferred qualifications

• Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills

• Strong attention to detail is required

• Ability to build and work with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge and hand-on experience of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop and InDesign are must), video and sound editing tools

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and MS Office tools
