Introduction

We are hiring a Manager – Generative AI & Machine Learning to lead high-impact AI initiatives and drive innovation across the organization. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who combine strong technical expertise in GenAI, NLP, and ML with leadership capabilities to manage teams, deliver enterprise-scale solutions, and shape AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers and specialists, providing mentorship and technical guidance
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI projects, including planning, execution, and risk management
• Define and drive AI/ML strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage AI for business growth and efficiency
• Provide deep technical oversight on model development, evaluation, and deployment
• Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and data teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Ensure implementation of best practices, coding standards, and model governance
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, DevOps, and analytics teams
• Lead hiring and talent development, including performance management and career growth of team members
• Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance standards
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and ML technologies
  
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and NLP
• Expertise in LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and GenAI frameworks
• Proficiency in Python (or R) and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Experience with LLMOps / MLOps / LLMOps pipelines
• Hands-on experience with tools/frameworks such as:
• LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI libraries
• Vector databases (ChromaDB, FAISS, etc.)
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure / Google Cloud)
• Exposure to Azure Synapse / Data Analytics services preferred
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, and NLP techniques
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions
• Expertise in large-scale model deployment and optimization
• Hands-on experience in fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, PaLM, LLaMA)
