Job Description

Develop, implement, and manage the production plan for the respective department.
Deliver timely and accurate analysis of samples to meet customer commitments.
Maintain record control, ensure measurement traceability, review and approve testing reports.
Maintain Standard Reference Materials, chemicals, reagents, and glassware used in the laboratory.
Support installation and validation of new analytical equipment and methods, including transfer of methods from Eurofins Group.
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validate non-standard and non-routine test methods.
Train, review, and appraise laboratory staff skills and performance.
Configure and monitor instruments, equipment, and environmental conditions.
Organize and supervise confirmation and verification of testing methods.
Estimate measurement uncertainty for test parameters and prepare scope for new parameters.
Manage control of non-conformity, complaints, and retest requests.
Maintain a reliable, independent, and service-oriented approach to work.
