Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for all quality-related matters for the Duluth account.
- Ensure strict adherence to Duluths quality standards during development, production, and shipment stages.
- Oversee all quality inspectionsinline, final, and third-partyat the unit level.
- Work closely with QA teams, production teams, and merchandising to ensure smooth execution.
- Review and align PP samples, Photo Shoot samples, size sets and pilots with Duluth quality expectations.
- Coordinate with central QA and development teams to ensure product consistency and risk mitigation.
- Track all quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives at the factory level.
- Manage buyer audits and external inspections, ensuring timely resolution of any non-conformities.
- Drive RCA and CAPA implementation for any rejections, claims, or audit findings.
