Job Description

  • We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager - Fund Raising to lead our fundraising efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful fundraising strategies that drive financial support for our organization.
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for funding opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising progress and effectiveness of strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fundraising efforts with the overall mission.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in fundraising and donor engagement.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficient in donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of grant writing and fundraising principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
