Role: Manager FP&A

About the job

This role is part of a broader initiative to strengthen the finance function to effectively support India business operations, strategic growth initiatives, and Investor Relations. The team will be responsible for integrating MIS frameworks, driving unified KPI alignment across functions, and building scalable automation and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Drive integration and standardization of MIS across business verticals, ensuring unified reporting and common KPI tracking

Partner with leadership to establish and institutionalize common performance metrics across India business and growth initiatives

Support Investor Relations through accurate data preparation, performance analysis, and financial storytelling

Lead automation of reporting and forecasting processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability

Clearly articulate business models, revenue streams, cost drivers, and performance levers to management

Work closely with management teams to align financial insights with strategic decision-making

Ensure bandwidth to support new growth initiatives while maintaining strong governance over core India business performance

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Finance, with strong exposure to FP&A / Business Finance roles

Preferably from Gaming, Media, Consumer Internet, SaaS, or other new-age digital businesses

Strong ability to explain business models, KPIs, and financial drivers with clarity

Experience building or improving MIS and KPI frameworks

Proficiency in automation tools and financial systems (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ERP tools, etc.)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment managing multiple priorities
