operate offshore Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and global sourcing platforms.

Manager FP&A role (Hyderabad)

Job Location :- Hyderabad -Hitech city

5 days work from office

Office Shift timing -1pm to 10pm (No cab provided)

Desired Qualification: CMA / CA / CA inter with MBA

Work experience: 9 - 15 years post qualification

Role & responsibilities

Working with the client to work on for preparation of their annual budget and forecasting as may be required

• Preparing monthly reports and variance analysis. Engaging with the clients on a regular basis and making presentations on the monthly results
• Drafting processes for allocations and cost recoveries based on clients policies and ensuring monthly allocations.
• Assisting the accounting team for timely closure of monthly/ yearly books for completeness.
• Assisting the accounting team for audit related matters and with internal auditors as required.
• Working and collaborating with Teams and International teams and partners

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting standards and processes
• Experience using financial software and tools
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to lead and direct small teams and build relationships with stakeholders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
