Job Description

Designation - Manager - FP & A
Location - Pune (On-site)
Education - CA / CMA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financials & Accounting & MIS:

Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Payroll, A/R, A/P, GL and Compliance, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Preparation and presentation of monthly MIS to the management and investors
Support in due diligence and data room preparation activity
Administering Internal and process Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Compliance Audit

2. Financial Audit, Risk Analysis:

Undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organization's financial position) &
provide financial advice.
Review the company's systems and Risk Analysis.
Test's verifications of financial information and systems
Maintenance of accounting records and preparation of accounts and Management Information Reports for small businesses (accountancy)
Detection and prevention of fraud (forensic accounting)
Liaison with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise.
Reporting and recommendations following the internal audits or public-sector audits.
Preparation of financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting with analysis.
