We are seeking a Finance Functional AI Consultant with strong Oracle Cloud experience to drive the design and adoption of Agentic AIenabled finance transformations. This role focuses on reimagining Finance, Controllership, and RecordtoReport processes using Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud Agentic AI capabilities, moving beyond traditional automation to intelligent, selfdirecting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, Controllership, and Accounting stakeholders to identify highvalue use cases for Agentic AI across Close, Accounting, Reporting, and Compliance processes.

Redesign traditional finance workflows into AIassisted and autonomous operating models, reducing manual intervention while strengthening controls.

Act as a functional advisor on how Agentic AI can simplify standard Oracle Fusion processes and minimize customizations.

Leverage OCI Generative AI Agents and Oracle AI Agent Studio to orchestrate finance activities such as reconciliations, variance analysis, close support, and exception handling.

Ensure solutions align with Oracle best practices, standard product capabilities, and finance governance requirements.

Embed finance controls, auditability, and compliance into AIenabled processes, ensuring traceability and explainability of AIassisted decisions.

Define and implement AI guardrails including data privacy, PII protection, segregation of duties, and leastprivilege access.

Ensure compliance with enterprise security, resiliency, and regulatory expectations for financial systems.

Develop functional documentation, process maps, agent design artifacts, and business validation scenarios.

Support user adoption through training, change management, and postgolive stabilization.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or Management (B.Com / MBA / B.Tech or equivalent).

58 years of experience spanning Finance processes and Oracle Cloud implementations, with increasing exposure to automation or AIdriven initiatives.

Strong functional understanding of Financial Accounting, GL, Close & Consolidation, Reporting, and RecordtoReport processes.

Experience supporting finance transformations, cloud migrations, or process standardization initiatives.

Experience or strong working knowledge of OCI Generative AI Agents, Oracle AI Agent Studio, or similar agentic / GenAI frameworks within Oracle Cloud.

Ability to collaborate with technical teams to shape AIenabled solutions without being a core developer.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills.

Exposure to change management, operating model redesign, and production support in enterprise finance environments.
