Role:

• Closing of Monthly book of accounts (Should know InterCo reportings, RP reportings, Accounting of various debt instrument.
• Review and presentation of MIS Reports - including Standalone, Consolidated & other cash flow reports.
• Understand Reporting requirements with regard to Segment reporting / Cost centre Allocations / Other such Entities.
• Conduct periodical review of GLs, LMS systems, processes, vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure adequate controls for accounting process (Enterprise GL and Loan Management Software)
• Ensure all statutory compliances and regulatory compliances.
• Ensure compliances under the Tax laws (Direct / Indirect)
• Lead the Procure2Pay team/s and provide guidance for process improvements.
• Manage internal / external stakeholders including Internal, External & other audits (Financial due diligence).
• Provide support on special projects and tasks.

Skills:

• Proficient in Tally ERP 9/Oracle and MS - Excel
• Team player
• Solution oriented, Good communication Skills and Effective Stakeholder Management
• In depth knowledge & understanding of Accounting principles and RBI regulations
• Well versed with I-GAAP, IFC Implementation and IND AS.

Qualified CA with minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience BFSI / Banking / NBFC - Kickstarter & should be independently able to handle roles & responsibilities.
