Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and finalise financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of robust internal control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics to senior leadership.
  • Manage external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Oversee compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and deliver financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the financial reporting team to achieve organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager Financial Reporting & Controls should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as CA or MBA Finance only.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience in managing audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.
