Financial Planning & Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Own daily/weekly/monthly MIS and leadership reporting

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Build financial models and business performance dashboards

• Partner with commercial teams on profitability and margin improvement

• Lead unit economics and deal-level P&L analysis

• Support strategic initiatives including expansion planning and business reviews

• Drive reporting automation through Zoho Finance & Zoho Analytics

• Ensure strong governance, reporting accuracy, and process discipline

• Mentor and manage FP&A Analyst deliverables

What we're looking for:

• CA / MBA Finance

• 4–7 years experience in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights

• Zoho Finance/Zoho Analytics experience is a strong plus
