Why This Role Matters

As the FP&A Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening financial visibility, operational discipline, and strategic decision-making. You will build accurate reporting systems, partner with business leaders, and ensure that cost structures support GoKwik's growth. Your work will directly influence how the organisation plans, executes, and reviews performance.

What You'll Own

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Build and maintain management dashboards with key business KPIs.
  • Standardise and automate financial reporting templates for efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting for all stakeholders, including investors.
  • Partner with functional leaders on cost planning, tracking, and review discussions.
  • Analyse variances against targets and provide structured insights for MIS reviews.
  • Review vendor-level provisions to ensure correct tagging and accurate reporting.
  • Standardise formats and support functional teams in resolving operational reporting issues.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive these initiatives to execution.

Who You Are

  • 5–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and management reporting within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Strong command over budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Skilled in building scalable reporting frameworks and simplifying complex data into clear insights.
  • Confident stakeholder manager who can partner with cross-functional leaders and influence decisions with data-backed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate financial narratives with clarity.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Highly analytical with strong business judgement and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful operational actions.
