Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisionsProviding insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendationsManage reporting and analysis process including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis and review deck preparationLead strategic plan and AOP development, including deck analysis and deck preparationDrive robust governance between sector & GCC teams by defining ways of working, maintaining issue log, supporting transitions and FLT meetsProvide counsel to a broad range of senior leaders in forecasting and analysisPeriod close activities to include working closely with the Controller's group to ensure accuracy and completeness of entriesPartner closely with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectationsWork on key region/customer initiatives to drive business and region performanceDevelop PowerPoint presentiation to communicate business results and insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requestedCreate an inclusive and collaborative environment
