Overview
Analyst - Brand & Innovation delivers data-driven insights and financial analysis to drive brand growth and innovation. The role leads innovation P&L development, brand performance reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling, while providing strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Innovation P&L: Build and maintain P&Ls for new innovation launches; model scenarios and ROI
- Brand Reporting: Deliver weekly/periodic reports with insights
- Forecasting & Modeling: Create SKU-level forecasts, pricing/mix models, and sensitivity analysis
- Automation: Develop Excel models for reporting efficiency
- Governance: Support ILT Stage-Gate reviews and ensure compliance in financials and documentation
- Support Cornerstone activities - Review & Approve assigned BP's in cornerstone
- Mosaic & Cockpit Reporting
Qualifications
- 7-9 years experience in FP&A/Analytics (FMCG preferred).
- Strong Excel, Power BI, Power Query experience with IRI and other insight tools
- P&L understanding, forecasting, and data storytelling skills.
- Preferred CA, CMA, CPA, CFA, or MBA candidates
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
