Job Description

Collect and/or Collate financial and other related data/information and prepare
periodical/daily/need based reports for meeting the various information needs of internal and external stakeholders (like Shareholders, Investors, Lenders, Funders, Board of directors, Industry associations/institutions), Internal Auditors and Statutory auditors
Collect and/or Collate financial and other related data/information and prepare periodical/need based reports for reporting for meeting the requirements specified in various provisions/ guidelines of Reserve Bank of India, FEMA, Company Law, Tax Law and any other statute applicable to the company
Preparation of budgets, tracking and monitoring of expenses against the budgets
Data management and reporting for submission of details to lenders
Generate MIS reports using different tools
Develop and evolve appropriate reporting formats for meeting the various reporting requirements of the company
Appropriate record maintenance of the various reports generated and submitted to the management and various departments within the company and various outside authorities, agencies and institutions
Collect and/or Collate financial and other related data/information and prepare periodical/daily/need based reports for meeting the various information needs of any other department within the company
Budget preparation, variance tracking and reporting to different departments
