Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven finance professional experienced in structured finance, leasing, investment banking, or debt financing to support EMO Energy's growth initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of financing and leasing transactions by collaborating with banks, NBFCs, leasing partners, OEMs, and investors. This position requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills to ensure financing deals are executed efficiently from initiation to closure.
What You Will Do
- Drive end-to-end execution of debt, leasing, and structured finance transactions.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, leasing partners, OEMs, and investors throughout the financing lifecycle.
- Manage the financing pipeline by tracking deal status, milestones, approvals, and timelines.
- Prepare and review lender presentations, term sheets, financial comparisons, and transaction summaries.
- Coordinate due diligence activities and ensure timely submission of documents to financing partners.
- Maintain transaction documentation, data rooms, and financing records with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business to resolve transaction bottlenecks.
- Conduct financial analysis and evaluate financing options to support commercial decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, leasing companies, and financial institutions.
- Prepare regular reports on financing pipeline, deal progress, key risks, and pending actions for leadership.
- Proactively identify delays, drive timely follow-ups, and ensure successful closure of financing transactions.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in Structured Finance, Leasing, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Debt Syndication, or Financial Institutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of debt financing, leasing structures, lender processes, and transaction execution.
- Experience working with banks, NBFCs, leasing companies, investors, or financial institutions.
- Strong financial analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Financial modelling experience is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple financing transactions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of complex financing initiatives.
