Mandate 3 Employees will work fulltime from their base location i.e. Bangalore.
Job Responsibilities
- Monthly revenue reporting for the cloud kitchen business unit and review of financial statement numbers for revenue, direct & indirect costs, inventory, provisions, and related disclosures.
- Review and finalization of monthly P&L for MIS with respect to the above items and discussing the same with business and business finance teams as required.
- Co-ordination with external audit team, kitchen and warehouse operations team for physical stock verification on monthly/quarterly basis. Review and finalization of closing stock valuation and discrepancy report between system closing stock and audited closing stock. Discussion with business team/warehouse team to highlight the discrepancies and guide them to take necessary actions.
- Assist in automation of warehouse management system and payment system.
- Leading the audit (internal as well as statutory), ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting), management testing of ICFR, and due diligence with respect to entire cloud kitchen business unit.
- Develop and implement SOPs/controls for various processes to ensure book closure with utmost accuracy and efficiency and help in bringing operational efficiency.
- Overlooking preparation of various ARDs and taking relevant steps to resolve anomalies wherever identified.
Desired Candidates
- Qualification: Must have a CA qualification with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting or audit.
- Background: Any experience with the Big4 audit department or handling similar functions at any startup/new company will be an added advantage.
Core Skills
- Ability to multitask based on task prioritization and pay high attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, AR-related reporting, and MIS.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Technical Skills: * Well-versed in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Exposure to handling large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
