Role Overview/ Purpose
Management of all India Field Force expense cell
The position is expected to work closely with Area offices, sales Field force, Sales & Marketing Team and other relevant stakeholders for tracking, validation & reimbursement of the relevant expenses ensuring cost control, policy compliance & operational efficiency.
Overall Job Responsibilities
- Handling all India FSO/DSM/ZSM field monthly expenses validation and its processing.
- Taking care of preparation of new policies for all divisions/all level and implementation of such policies.
- SFC proposals review, validation and approval along with its updation in system
- Taking care of new developments in existing all systems. - Expenses module implementation/data updations
- Managing Pan India /Nepal monthly expenses, its updations and providing the same as salary input process to Payroll.
- Conduction Audit and addressing the issues related to field force expenses
- Conducting FSO/DSM/ZSM/Sr.ZSM/SM new joiners Induction and Training related to Expense Cell activities and explanation of all SOPs.
- Review and updation of existing policies on timely basis
- Handling of field queries with regard to expenses reimbursement.

Desired Experience And Knowledge
Experience
- Experience in managing India Field force Expense role
- Minimum 5-6 years of Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
Knowledge And Skills
- Strong understanding of Pharma Field Force expenses
- Knowledge of modern automated system related to Sales Field force
- Data interpretation skill
- Ability to link operational metrics and financial impact
- Strong Analytical skills & support in strategic decision making
- Strong in Excel functions & PPT
- Working knowledge of SAP (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Business curiosity, Proactiveness, Accountability & Collaboration
