About the Role
We are looking for an experiencedFinance professionalto leadFinance Business Partnering for Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L)across ourIndia business.
This is anIndia-wide rolepartneringsenior stakeholdersacrossLogistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution and Co-packing. The role combinesstrategic Finance partneringwithstrong operational exposure- shaping business decisions, driving productivity and improving thefinancial performance of our end-to-end distribution network.
The role will alsolead a team of 2-3 Finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Be akey Finance Business Partnerto theCS&L organization, bringingfinancial insight, challenge and recommendationsinto operational and strategic decisions.
Ownfinancial planning and performance managementacrossfreight, warehousing, distribution and co-packing, includingbudgets, forecasts and performance reviews.
Lead theFinance agenda on CS&L productivity and cost optimization, helping improvelogistics costs relative to business growth and Net Revenue.
PartnerSupply Chain and regional teamsto identifykey cost drivers, risks and opportunitiesand translateoperational performance into financial actions.
Providefinancial leadership on inventory health and finished-goods ageing, partnering cross-functional teams to improveworking capitalandminimize losses.
Supportstrategic decisionsaroundlogistics network, warehousing, transportation and co-packing, developingrobust financial analysis and business cases.
Drivestrong financial governancewhile identifying opportunities tosimplify processesand improve thequality of decision support.
Lead, coach and developa team ofFinance professionals.
What We're Looking For
8-14 yearsof relevant Finance experience, preferably withinFMCG, consumer, manufacturingor anothercomplex operating environment.
CA /CMA/ MBA Financeor equivalent qualification.
Strong experience inFinance Business Partnering, ideally withinSupply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing or Operations Finance.
Strong understanding ofcost management, productivity, planning, P&L driversandfinancial decision-making.
Ability toconnect operational performance with financial outcomesandinfluence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Stronganalytical, communication and stakeholder-managementcapabilities.
Demonstrated experience inleading teamsand working acrosscomplex, cross-functional environments.
