About JMP - Fast track leadership program
The JMP - Fast track leadership program is a global initiative with the intention of identifying, hiring and developing early talent for future leadership roles. This program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from premier B-schools, who want to learn, grow and lead confidently. Over an immersive two-years journey you will go through four rotations of six months each where you will experience cross functional, cross business divisions and international exposure, gain real business insights, and build the managerial capabilities needed to step into a leadership role early in your career. These experiences place you close to leadership expectations and shows how the organization operates beyond the surface.

Completing the two-year rotational journey is just the beginning. Post this, you transition into your landing position within the function you are hired - where you apply everything you've learned, deepen your functional expertise, and start making tangible impact. During your 24-month journey, you're prepared not just for your next managerial role (landing position in your function)-but to take on significant leadership responsibilities within 6-8 years. This pathway is intentionally structured to help you grow faster than traditional career routes, ensuring that high-potential individuals move into impactful roles early.

Skill / Competencies Requirements
Knowledge:
Expert understanding of IND-AS guidelines, guidance note, expert opinion of CA, CMA and CS institute
Proficient in various legislative guidelines including SEBI-LODR
Proficient in understanding diverse business including execution of business models
Functional Skills:
Proficient in simulations, scenario building, analytic thinking and logical reasoning
Proficient in internal Controlling, Governance, Reporting and Business Partnering
Competent in communication and enable decision making on various commercial topics
Proficient in local GAAP, IFRS accounting, Internal Reporting and other relevant rules and regulations
Proficient in storytelling using data, establishment of process and handling multiple cross functional projects
Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost Accountant (CMA)
3 to 5 years of experience in commercial domain in a large organizationExperience as a controller/ business partnering in a plant/corporate function is required
