Manager Business Finance will act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, driving financial performance, supporting decision-making and ensuring strong governance. The role requires expertise in pricing, FP&A, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Create business cases and pricing structures for new and renewal opportunities. Work closely with sales, finance, solution architects and leadership to prepare proposals and negotiate deals.
- Implement commercial strategies, determine price positioning and drive margin optimization.
- Monitor and report business case v/s actuals performance, highlighting variances, financial impacts and required corrective actions.
- Drive automation of finance processes to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort and strengthen control.
- Manage internal audit requirements within stipulated timelines.
Skills And Competencies Required
- Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical capabilities.
- Expertise deal shaping, negotiation and commercial strategy.
- Proficiency with Excel, pricing tools and financial modelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
