We are #hiring for a leading Non Profit organization!

Job Descriptions

Maintenance of records related to bookkeeping, expenses, funds, partnership ventures

Voucher entry in the tally as guided by the accounts officer

Maintenance of adequate financial reporting in accordance with government regulations for FCRA and Income Tax rules.

Preparing financial reports

Issue of staff and program related reimbursements in a timely manner

TDS calculation, remittance and preparation for quarterly return.

Maintenance of various registers such as Salary, Fixed Assets Register

Job Requirements:

  • Well versed with computer applications especially Ms-word, Excel and Internet
  • Working experience in Tally
  • Minimum 5 years experience in accounting and bank reconciliation in NGO
  • Knowledge of government compliances like FCRA, Taxation, Charity commissioner, etc.
  • Command over English and Marathi is a must.
