WE'RE HIRING | MANAGER – FINANCE & COMPLIANCE

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Finance & Compliance to oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, regulatory compliance, and RBI reporting functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IND AS, NBFC regulations, taxation, financial controls, and RBI reporting, with the ability to strengthen processes and support business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1⃣ Financial Accounting & Reporti

ng• Manage accounting operations and IND AS-compliant financial reporti

ng• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closur

es• Lead migration and optimization from Tally to Zoho Books/Zoho Accounti

ng• Coordinate with IND AS consultants and audito

s
2⃣ Taxation & Regulatory Compli

ance• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compli

ance• Manage tax returns, assessments, notices, and scrutiny proceed

ings• Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authori

ies
3⃣ NBFC & RBI Comp

liance• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations applicable to NBFC Middle Layer en

tities• Monitor prudential norms, capital adequacy, governance, and regulatory requir

ements• Manage RBI returns, including CRILC and NBS r

eturns• Coordinate RBI inspections, audits, and regulatory q

4⃣ Process Improvement & Go

vernance• Strengthen financial controls, compliance frameworks,

and SOPs• Drive automation and process impr

ovements• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior finance team

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or relat
