Job Title: Manager - Finance and Accounting
Job Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Qualifications: Graduate with CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / Inter CA
Experience : 12 - 15 years with a manufacturing company.
CTC: ₹ 15 To 20 Lac P.A
Company Profile : A leading manufacturer of Aromatic Chemicals , Fragrance and Flavours based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Lead preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accuracy of Balance Sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements
- Manage audits (statutory, internal, and tax audits) stock audit
Taxation & Compliance
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.) FERA Exports & Import
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities
Costing & Budgeting
- Drive product costing, variance analysis, and margin improvement initiatives
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Monitor cost control measures across plant operations
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Manage cash flows, banking operations, and fund planning
- Optimize working capital, including receivables, payables, and inventory
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
MIS & Business Support
- Provide timely MIS reports and financial insights to management
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 finance professionals
- Build a high-performance finance team with strong controls and accountability
Systems & Process Improvement
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial processes
- Drive ERP utilization and automation initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in financial accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Experience in manufacturing accounting and cost control
- Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and audit practices
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and MS Excel
Experience
- 12–15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance- manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in any manufacturing
- Prior experience in leading a finance function or heading a department
