Position: DM / Manager Finance Analyst
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Green Energy Division Management Assurance Group (MAG)
Reporting to: Head of MAG
Role Overview: Responsible for assessing internal controls, risk management practices, and financial governance frameworks. Provides assurance on accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting and operations
- Support risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation
- Conduct riskbased audits, control testing, and operational reviews
- Perform data analysis, build dashboards, and report anomalies
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams
- Review project financial structures, billing, revenue recognition, and cash flows
- Monitor CAPEX/OPEX against budgets and flag variances
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance or Accounting; CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
- 5+ years experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and modeling
- Experience in renewable energy / EPC / capitalintensive industries preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of cost management, variance analysis, ROI, project finance, taxation
- SAP module experience preferred
