The role involves overseeing financial planning and analysis, fund management, and finance operations to support the organization's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, in accordance with the relevant accounting standards.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational goals.
- Manage requirements for domestic and international grants received by the Company, ensuring relevant compliance.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks that could impact the organisation's financial stability.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in finance management, fund management, and financial analysis with specific focus on Sec 8 companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Preferred Skills
Experience with regulatory requirements applicable to Section 8 Companies.
