Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - PTP

Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties And Responsibilities

  •  Identification of related party transactions and preparation of disclosure
  •  Related Party transaction invoicing and end to end reconciliation
  •  Assist in assessment and documentation of arms length of related party transactions
  •  Compliance of Audit committee and shareholders approval for related party transactions

Required Qualifications And Experience


  •  Fresher Chartered Accountant
  •  Well versed with Indian Accounting Standards & RBI circulars
  •  MS Excel proficiency
  •  Analytical ability
  •  Positive attitude and team player
