Manager Finance & Accounts

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and analyzing financial statements like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Participating in budgeting processes and providing insights for financial forecasting.
• Managing Accounting Operations: Overseeing day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.
• Ensuring Compliance: Staying updated on accounting regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Implementing Financial Controls: Establishing internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud.
• Collaborating with Teams: Working closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Overseeing Team Development: Leading and managing accounting teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Skill Set:

• Core Finance Experience is required
• Working knowledge of IndAs
• Good at Direct and Indirect Taxes
• Mandatory Experience in SAP
• Able to liaison with Tax authorities for resolving any orders/notices received
• Good in MIS reporting and review
• Excellent excel skills
• Able to handle Day to Day accounting with personal targets and team targets Experience in finalization of books of accounts and handling audits
• Good communication & problem solving skills
• Able to handle a team of 5-6 people.
• Travelling to Branches is mandatory
