We are seeking a seasoned Manager Finance Accounts to lead our finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in finance management, with a proven track record of financial analysis and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial transactions and ensure they are properly recorded and reported.
- Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead the finance team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- GRADUAT B,COM/M.COM MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in managerial positions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in India.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
