Join Our Global Marketing Team

The Global Marketing team is responsible for building and executing strategy for customer acquisition and retention. Our focus is on building out solid strategies and developing plans. We work towards having the maximum impact possible on pipeline and revenue growth.

Develop APAC Go-To-Market Strategy!

You will support the sales teams in APAC You will also focus on customer needs, growth and optimizing the targeting and messaging of our programs.

The role reports into Field Marketing Head– Asia-Pacific. As Manager -Field Marketing, you will be responsible for-

  • Partnering with sales and marketing to create and execute strategic marketing plans.
  • Understanding practices and trends shaping the industry and developing comprehensive, proactive annual plans.
  • Collaborating with global programs, product and solution, industry, SDR, channel and digital marketing to ensure consistency in programs
  • Developing demand generation programs that can be executed, from digital initiatives to account-based marketing programs
  • Managing budgets and regularly communicating marketing plans, activities, and results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with campaigns, digital and social teams to amplify GEP branding to the target audience.
  • Localize & Optimize Global Strategies: Provide regional insights to fine-tune global initiatives for maximum local impact.

What you need to have

  • Have ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, demonstrating strategic thinking, relationship-building, and execution skills.
  • Be skilled in event management, digital and social media campaigns, and channel partner management.
  • Be a strategic thinker and effective executor, with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in building trust and consensus across diverse teams, fostering credibility within the organization.
  • Ability to Collaborate with Global Teams: Work seamlessly with globally distributed sales, business development, and marketing teams to ensure local success.
  • Be proficient in using marketing and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Wrike, Outreach, Google Analytics etc.)
  • 10+ Years of Experience in SaaS/B2B industry

What You Will Bring:

  • Any graduate from a top-tier university (Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism preferred); MBA is a plus.
  • Field Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in B2B software, technology, or professional services (consulting, IT services, BPO).
  • Exceptional Organizational & Analytical Skills: Ability to manage complex campaigns, processes, and programs with attention to detail.
  • Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Collaboration: Experience working across global teams in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Creative & Strategic Problem-Solving: High-energy, solution-oriented mindset with a knack for innovation.
