We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Manager – Fiber Network Operations & Maintenance (FTTH).

Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Service Assurance and Service Delivery in line with defined SLA and KPI targets.
- Handle network escalations and coordinate with Planning, Construction/Deployment, Home Care, NOC, Business, and O&M teams.
- Maintain fiber network uptime and ensure SLA compliance.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to eliminate repeat failures.
- Provide L2 technical support to JC O&M teams for network-related issues.
- Monitor and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage material reconciliation, inventory, and spare parts.
- Govern and monitor Service Partner (SP) performance to ensure quality service delivery.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in Fiber Network Operations & Maintenance (O&M) with at least 4 years directly in providing high-quality network experience in FTTH technology.
- Hands-on knowledge of fiber testing and measurement tools (OTDR, Power Meter, Fusion Splicer, etc.).
- Experience with IP and Transmission equipment.
- Strong understanding of fiber optic communication.
- Excellent planning, stakeholder management, escalation handling, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
