Job Description

Fraud Prevention, Detection & Investigation of Internal / External & Whistle Blower Cases
Conduct in-depth independent investigations into suspected fraudulent activities across different LOB's and distribution channels.
Hands-on experience with field investigation tools and techniques with regard to insurance frauds.
Collect, verify and analyze evidence & prepare investigation reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Transform complex data into actionable insights and leverage data analytics tools to identify high risk areas
Ensure compliance with IRDAI's Fraud Monitoring Framework (2025) and other regulatory directives along with reporting.
Understanding of organizational systems, processes and products.
To execute and deploy qualitative field investigations
To impart training to employees and vendors on field risk management activities.
Experience in dealing with LEA, vendor management and stakeholder management.
To maintain and publish regular MIS on various activities like investigation TAT, risk trends etc.
