Job Description

  • Fraud Prevention, Detection & Investigation of Internal / External & Whistle Blower Cases
  • Conduct in-depth independent investigations into suspected fraudulent activities across different LOB's and distribution channels.
  • Hands-on experience with field investigation tools and techniques with regard to insurance frauds.
  • Collect, verify and analyze evidence & prepare investigation reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights and leverage data analytics tools to identify high risk areas
  • Ensure compliance with IRDAI's Fraud Monitoring Framework (2025) and other regulatory directives along with reporting.
  • Understanding of organizational systems, processes and products.
  • To execute and deploy qualitative field investigations
  • To impart training to employees and vendors on field risk management activities.
  • Experience in dealing with LEA, vendor management and stakeholder management.
  • To maintain and publish regular MIS on various activities like investigation TAT, risk trends etc.

Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree preferably in Law, Forensics etc.
  • Travelling requirement more than 50%.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in field investigations.
