Analytics Modelling
In This Role You Will
- The individual will be responsible to streamline the Financial Crime process/reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Be a part of the culture of data driven decision making, aligning short term decisions and investments with longer term vision and objectives.
- Help the business to manage regulatory risk in a more effective, efficient, and commercial way through the adoption of streamlining / data analytics activity.
- Support communication and engagement with stakeholders and partners to increase understanding and adoption of analytics products and services also research opportunities.
- Collaborate with other analytics teams across the banks to share insight and best practice.
- Foster a collaborative, open and agile delivery culture.
- The ability to communicate often complex analytical solutions to the wider department, ensuring a strong transfer of key findings & intelligence.
To Be Successful, You Will
- Graduation / Post Graduation degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or any other quantitative discipline
- Experience in visualization technologies such as Qlikview/Spotfire/Tableau.
- Experience in workflow tools like PowerAPP/ Google AppSheet etc
- Should be adept in using MS Office with exceptional MS Excel Skills. Exposure to VBA will be advantageous.
- Experience of working in Analytics (BFSI domain would be a plus) with excellent data engineering skills using SQL, Python/R, Hive/Scala/Spark;
- Knowledge of statistical techniques would be a plus
- Should be highly skilled in communicating complex ideas. Strong analytical thought process and aptitude for problem solving.
