Manager - Facilities & Administration - Hyderabad - Auto Plaza

Main Accountabilities

1. Facility & Workplace Management
. Oversee upkeep of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas
. Ensure high service standards for housekeeping, security, and utilities

2. Vendor Management & Cost Control
. Manage vendor performance and service delivery
. Monitor expenses and drive cost optimization within approved budgets

3. Employee Experience & Support
. Ensure timely resolution of employee queries and admin requests
. Support workplace experience initiatives and engagement activities

4. Compliance & Audit Governance
. Ensure adherence to statutory and internal admin processes
. Support audits and ensure timely closure of observations

5. MIS & Reporting
. Prepare and review MIS on expenses, operations, and compliance
. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management

6. Asset & Inventory Management
. Oversee asset tracking, allocation, and record maintenance
. Ensure proper utilization and control of office assets

7. Process Improvement & Coordination
. Drive process standardization and operational efficiency
. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Infra, and other teams
