Job Description

Commercial Compliance

Commercial vetting of orders and giving inputs w r t statutory compliances / Internal SOPs before upload in SAP .
Support to operations for Preparation of the monthly , quarterly rolling forecast of the zone .
Compliance to Indirect Tax requirements and other statutory compliance coordination
Active participation in liquidation of receivables / TDS certificates / EMD/ SD.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Co-ordination for timely closure of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Preparation of monthly MIS reports as per closing statements list.
Review of vendor and customer accounts of Zone.
Giving inputs for preparation of Audit schedules & corporate reporting formats for monthly , quarterly and Yearly Audits ( Statutory , Internal , IFC etc)
Submission of data details to corporate for Income Tax assessments & GST / Sales Tax assessments.

Customer Focus

Customer / SSP/ Vendor interaction for their queries , Reconciation .
Interaction with internal and external customers at preordering and execution of orders /jobs.
Partnering with Business for improvement of customer satisfaction.
