Role Description The Manager – F&B will oversee all food and beverage operations at the resort, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and hygiene are consistently maintained. This full-time, on-site role located in Alappuzha includes managing restaurant and bar teams, coordinating kitchen and service staff, supervising daily service, and handling guest feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction. The role involves menu planning with a focus on regional and seafood offerings, monitoring inventory and cost control, enforcing food safety and regulatory compliance, and supporting training and development of F&B staff. The Manager – F&B will collaborate closely with the resort's leadership team to enhance the guest dining experience and support revenue and profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Service in a hospitality or resort environment.
- Hands-on experience in Food Service operations, including restaurant or bar management and coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety standards, hygiene practices, and compliance with local health regulations.
- Experience with Seafood menus, including sourcing, handling, and presenting seafood dishes to high quality standards.
- Relevant academic background in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage Management, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven team leadership skills, including staff scheduling, mentoring, and performance management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
- Prior experience in resort or coastal property F&B operations is an advantage.
