- Serve as Solution Architect for EXL's AWS commercial cloud and Server/Infra platform, a multi-tenant, hub-spoke managed environment for hosting business solutions
- In partnership with other leaders at the company, focus on developing and delivering Infra solutions, ensuring success through the delivery of platform and infrastructure services
- Leading by example, you will manage complex engagements and support others at the same time
- Act as an Enterprise infra and cloud subject matter expert in the organization, driving standards, security best practices and adoption across the enterprise
- Define enterprise standards and design patterns to enable re-use and quick deployment of highly secure and scalable systems
- Ensure adherence to the organization's change management process by evaluating, documenting, and implementing infrastructure changes with minimal disruption to services and full stakeholder communication.

Technical Expertise and Qualifications
Candidate should be a technical expert, with experience in solution design as well as having deep knowledge of building scalable, highly available and efficient infrastructure deployments on hybrid Infra (On Prem and Cloud Technologies) . Experience working with business application teams and mid-to-senior leadership is a must, as this will be a highly visible role representing the Global Technology team. Strong collaboration, communication and partnership skills are a must along with below mentioned technical expertise.
- Certification in VMware, Nutanix, Cloud Infra (Aws and Azure) ,IAAS, SAAS Solutions, UCS, UCSX, SAN Technologies
- Direct experience migrating, refactoring and re-engineering complex enterprise applications from legacy platforms to public cloud
- Minimum of 8 Plus years of hands-on solution architecture and design experience
- Expert experience in Enterprise Infra Technologies in a Hybrid Model (AWS, Azure, On Premise Data Centers), Linux, Windows Server Admin, Clusters, Backup, DR, SAN , Server Hardware (UCS/UCSX Preferred) and security & Compliance, SNOW Tool.
