Following landmark initiatives such as the inaugural BVI-India Financial Services Roadshow, Equalifi is building a dedicated Executive Education vertical to upskill senior professionals and emerging leaders in the financial services ecosystem.

Role Overview

Equalifi is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial professional to build and lead its Executive Education vertical. The Manager – Executive Education will design, curate, and deliver high-impact learning programs for senior finance professionals, family office leaders, and emerging talent. This is a build-from-scratch role ideal for someone who understands executive learning, has strong industry relationships, and can create a premium education brand under the Equalifi umbrella.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Program Design

• Develop the vision, roadmap, and business model for Equalifi's Executive Education vertical
• Identify learning needs across financial services, alternative investments, and allied domains
• Design a portfolio of programs — masterclasses, certificate courses, leadership immersions, and bespoke corporate offerings
• Ensure curriculum relevance, rigour, and alignment with industry trends and regulatory developments

Faculty & Content Curation

• Build and manage a bench of faculty, industry practitioners, and subject matter experts
• Commission, review, and quality-assure course content and learning materials
• Blend in-person, online, and hybrid formats for maximum reach and impact

Program Delivery & Operations

• Plan and execute program calendars, including logistics, venues, and technology platforms
• Manage participant recruitment, onboarding, and experience end to end
• Oversee assessments, certifications, and post-program alumni engagement

Partnerships & Growth

• Forge partnerships with universities, business schools, industry bodies, and corporates
• Identify sponsorship, co-branding, and revenue opportunities
• Drive enrolments and build a sustainable, profitable education vertical

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Engage senior members, board members, and external advisors to shape the education agenda
• Track KPIs — enrolments, revenue, satisfaction, completion rates — and report to national leadership
• Manage the vertical's budget and financial performance

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
• 6–12 years of experience in executive education, learning & development, financial services, or professional training
• Strong understanding of the financial services and alternative investments landscape
• Proven experience designing and delivering senior-level learning programs
• Established network of faculty, industry experts, and corporate partners
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from scratch with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in LMS platforms, CRM tools, and digital learning technologies
