Location: New Delhi

Experience: 5–8 Years

Industry: Alcoholic Beverages / AlcoBev preferred

Medusa Beverages is looking for an experienced Manager – Excise Compliance to lead PAN-India excise compliance, licensing, product registrations and regulatory affairs.

Key areas of responsibility:

State-wise excise licenses, registrations & renewals

Brand, label & SKU registrations

Coordination with State Excise Departments

EDP, MRP/MSP, cost cards & pricing submissions

Excise permits, bonds, BGs & statutory documentation

Label & packaging compliance

Monitoring state excise policies & regulatory changes

Supporting new state, SKU & product launches

Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, Legal & Marketing

Ideal candidate:

5–8 years of relevant Excise / Regulatory Affairs experience

Strong knowledge of Indian State Excise regulations

Hands-on experience in licensing, registrations & pricing approvals

AlcoBev experience preferred

Strong stakeholder management & documentation skills
