Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager Estimation Electrical role based in Vadodara. The Manager Estimation Electrical will lead estimation activities for electrical systems related to mining and power projects, including reviewing project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements. Responsibilities include preparing detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and proposals for electrical equipment, power distribution networks, and related installations, while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project management teams. The role involves assessing vendor quotations, optimizing costs, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and client requirements, and supporting bid finalization and negotiations. The manager will also maintain estimation databases, improve estimation methodologies, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Electricity, and Electrical Design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Maintenance and Power Distribution.
- Experience in project estimation, costing, and tender preparation for industrial or mining electrical projects.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software; ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, numeric, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
